Are Ginger Snaps, Whispers, Lotti Dotties and Miasol interchangeable?

No, each brand are different programs. Each has unique jewelry and accessories with interchangeable pieces. For example, a Lotti Dottie will not fit into a Ginger Snaps necklace.

What's the difference between Petite, Original and Statement Snaps?

Each Ginger Snap program is a different size. Petite Snaps are 12mm. Original Snaps are 20mm. Statement Snaps are 30mm. Each size is not interchangeable with other sizes.

How do I change my Petite, Original and Statement Snaps?

To change your Snaps, simply remove the snap using your finger. The Snap will detach from the finding and can quickly be removed and replaced with a new design. Alternatively, you can purchase our Ginger Snaps pick tool. Place the pick tool between the Snap and the accessory, and twist until the Snap comes loose.

How do I care for my Ginger Snaps?

Ginger Snaps are rhodium plated. As with all plated jewelry, tarnishing may naturally occur over time. To keep your Snaps and accessories looking their best, clean them with a dry polishing cloth. Please do not use liquid jewelry cleaners. These products strip the plating on all plated jewelry and will cause permanent damage. We also encourage you to limit exposing your Snaps and accessories to water (bathing, hand-washing, etc.) and never wear them into a pool or spa.

How do I change my Lotti Dotties?

To change your Dottie, simply turn over your finding (ring, bracelet, etc.) and locate the hole at the center of the finding's underside. Using either the Lotti Dotties tool, or other thin pointed object (pencil, pen, etc.), place the tip through the hole and against the back of the Dottie and press gently. The Dottie will detach from the finding and can easily be removed. We do not recommend removing Dotties by using your fingernail to pick them out of the top of the finding. 

How do I care for my Lotti Dotties?

When you place a new Dottie into your finding please make sure the base of the Dottie sits flush with the bottom of the finding. This will help prevent your Dottie from accidentally detaching and falling out. As with all silver-plated jewelry, tarnishing may occur over time. How do I change my MIASOL Coin?

Use a MIASOL triangle pick to open the coin frame. Insert a coin and press the two sides of the jewelry together until you hear a click.

What is the Return Policy?

If you purchased your items on our website, you may return items purchased from us within 30 days of product shipment to receive a refund. Returned items must be in original condition with accompanying proof-of-purchase (original invoice or packing slip) to receive a refund. 


Product replacements will be made within 30 days of shipment, if an item is received damaged or defective. Return items must be shipped in a padded envelope or a small box; items not packaged properly can be damaged in transit. We recommend insuring your return shipment to protect yourself from any loss. You are responsible for the cost to return your order.

We do not process returns or refunds from retail stores, only purchases made from this website. If you purchased your items from a retail store, please return the items to that store. All returns/exchanges/refunds are processed at the store from which the purchase was made.
